We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are usually within 1 working day (the same working day for orders placed before 12 noon, where possible). Notification will be sent via email for out of stock items, with an expected ship date. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. Please contact us you wish to find out the expected date of shipment on a particular item or order.
Our primary carrier is FedEx, we may also use Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. All methods used include full tracking.
Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options.
Our primary carrier is FedEx using their next day pre-18:00 delivery service, which is available for most areas of the UK. Some remote areas may require 2 days for delivery.
Our primary carrier is Royal Mail using their tracked and signed service, which is a typically a 2-4 day service for most European (EU member) countries. If the typical delivery delay is 5 days or more for a specific European country, we may use the Fedex International Priority service instead to ensure faster delivery, which is usually a 1-3 day delivery service for most destinations. Customers may also choose to pay extra for FedEx priority shipping at checkout if they wish.
Non-EU and other International Shipping (exports)
Our primary carrier is Royal Mail using their tracked and signed service, which is a typically a 2-5 day service for European non-EU member countries and other International destinations. Please note that importation fees and taxes may be payable to the destination country's customs service, this is beyond our control and these fees are not included in the shipping costs the we charge. In the event of a customs charge, your shipment will not be delivered to you if you do not pay the fees to the delivery company. It is important to note that we will not refund your shipping costs if you decide not to accept the delivery by failing or refusing to pay your customs fees and the shipment is returned to us.
Signature and Physical Address
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed.
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
Special Shipping Offers

Returns sent without prior notice and/or to another address than the one that we will give you following your request for a return, will not be accepted and will therefore be returned to the sender.
The procedure for returning an item is simple. Following your identification on our website, in the "My Account" section, click on the link "Completed Orders" and then the button "Return Item(s)".
You can return unused items within 30 days from the delivery date, you will be fully refunded (excluding delivery charges and return costs). However, the refund terms will be different in the case of a product damaged or marked.
The return address will be confirmed to you upon your request and will depend on your location and the product. Most returns will be send to the nearest Moto Luxe office, the list of addresses of Moto Luxe offices is available on the contact page.
We will refund the cost of return, only if there is an error on our part, in the case of delivery of a defective or incorrect article.
In most cases the refund period will be 3-10 business days. We will notify you by email of the status of your refund immediately upon receipt and processing of the returned item.
